The following files may be accessed by clicking on the file name, and they will then be loaded on to your browser with Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is shipped with all copies of Internet Explorer. When it is loaded, you may disconnect from the web and read the file at your leisure, print it out, or save it to a file to be read later.
Some of these Forms have been modified with form-fields so that they can be filled in on your computer and then printed off for your DC’s to approve. This will help speed up your applications, as DC’s and Assessors will be able to read them more easily.
This has also been done for the route plan in the General section so it can be filled in once and multiple copies printed.
