Material may be set in the body of the email, or attached in plain text or '.doc' format. Images should be sent in 'jpg' format please and if you want to conserve uploading time, then reduce the image width to 500 pixels, because they can't be used bigger than this anyway. If you can't do that - don't worry, I can fix it when received.
