Programme

Explorer abseiling
Scouting at varying ages is about having fun in activity with others of the same age even if of different backgounds. It is about adventure games, hill walking, night hiking, climbing, abseiling, canoeing, camping, tracking, computing, developing leadership skills, teaching others, making friends, sharing hobbies and interests, and lots more. It is about helping in the community, environmental issues and above all it is about what really intelligent people call - personal development.

The programme is divided up into what we call - zones within each age group, and broadly falls into the following headings: Outdoors, Skills, Physical Recreation, Community Service, Environment, International, Values, and Relationships.

These zones are then worked out according to age by visits, skill development, community projects, games, workshops, and activities.

Cubs at camp Climbing Wall There are five age groupings:-
