The Gold Award

The following system is in place for all D of E applications in Staffordshire County

1. All initial applications will be sent directly with the appropriate fee to the County Office, where they will be processed and returned to the Unit leader or to the individual if a Network member.
   
   
2. On the completion of the award, the completed book is to be sent directly to Nigel Cobb at 73, Jonathan Road, Trentham, Stoke on Trent, ST4 8LP, who will then verify satisfactory completion of the award.
   
   
3. The County Commissioner is very keen that the hard work and commitment of the young people in achieving this award is recognised. Therefore DESC's or Unit leaders must make arrangements for the awards to be presented at a suitable occasion by the ACC (ES), or Network Commissioner.
