Notification

Before any Network group go off on an activity, it is necessary to notify the County Scout Network Commissioner. This is not a permission form, all you need to do is notify, and this simple form below is all that is necessary to advise him of the event. Please give at least a week's notice if possible.


What is an Activity

Any event that takes you away from your HQ into Zone 0, Zone 1, or Zone 2 territory, any overnight camp or stay away, or any trip abroad.
