Activity Notification Form
Notification
Before any Network group go off on an activity, it is necessary to notify the County Scout Network Commissioner. This is not a permission form, all you need to do is notify, and this simple form below is all that is necessary to advise him of the event, and by advising the event, you have deemed permission for the activity. Please give at least a week's notice if possible.
If you are a District Network, you will have to request permission from your District Commissioner unless someone else on the District Executive has been appointed as the responsible person.
What is an Activity
Any event that takes you away from your HQ on an activity or into Zone 0, Zone 1, or Zone 2 territory, any overnight camp or stay away, or any trip abroad.
