Seeking anyone interested between the ages of 16 - 25 years of age.
The programme runs for twelve weeks 9am - 5pm week days
Located - Merrial street, Newcastle-under-lyme
Run through Stoke-on-Trent college

The Prince's Trust Volunteers Programme is a 12 week, full time, personal development programme that is designed to give young people the skill and confidence to succeed in the workplace/further education.

The programme is open to all young people aged 16 -25 and is available to both unemployed and employed people. To find out more about the programme please contact one of the team or follow the link below.


Programme Outline - [this can vary from time to time]
  • Week 1 - introduction
  • Week 2 - weeks team building residential - includes problem solving, possibly working at heights, water, hiking, cycling etc.
  • Weeks 3 & 4 - plannning and resourcing / fundraising activites
  • Weeks 5 & 6 - community project - working on a community based project, e.g. re-vaping a local primary school garden
  • Weeks 7 & 8 - individual work placements
  • Week 9 - Next steps
  • Weeks 10 - prearing for the team challenge
  • Week 11 - team challenge
  • Week 12 - final presentation and review of programme

The programme is designed to be an intense and challenging, individuals will be working with people from all different backgrounds and abilities on a whole range of varied activites. Team members will also achieve up to 6 qualifications, in first aid, health and safety, food hygiene, the team programme, team building, possibly more!!!!
