Publicity and Public Relations

Positive publicity is very much in focus with Scouting nationally wth the Shouting for Scouting initiative, which includes video/CD material, a booklet on gaining publicity, and other useful items - all available from The Information Centre via the National website. There is also a drive to appoint local Media Development Managers. Within Staffordshireshire we are in the process of appointing a PR person.
